Structure principle of corn color sorter
The raw material enter the hopper at the top and slide down the channels through the vibration of the vibrator device, then accelerates to fall into the observation area of the sorting room, and passes through the space with the sensor and the background plate. Under the action of light source, the light intensity and color will be changed, according to which the system generates output signal to drive the solenoid valve to work and blow out the discolored particles to the waste cavity of the receiving hopper, and the good materials continue to fall into the finished cavity of the receiving hopper, so as to achieve the purpose of classifying.
